We are delighted to be able to tell you about an exciting project that we have developed to reduce your ecological footprint and ease the pressure of tourism on the beautiful island of Ibiza.
My name is Michael Buijs, and I have years of experience in property development and investments. Together with my family, which consists of four children and our faithful labrador, we live in Switzerland. We have built a villa rental company called ‘Huren op Ibiza’, which has given us an in-depth understanding of the tourism and real estate market in Ibiza. These insights have prompted us to establish the Ibiza Property Fund to work with you for the preservation and restoration of Ibiza's ecological heritage.
Our experiences have made us realise the importance of building ecological homes and reducing our ecological footprint. We believe that a better and sustainable Ibiza starts with ourselves. That is why we have decided to devote ourselves to developing sustainable real estate on this enchanting island.
Our sustainable real estate projects combine innovative construction technologies with a modern and luxurious lifestyle. We strive to reduce the environmental impact of construction and create homes that are both comfortable and sustainable.
Reducing the ecological footprint is a key focus of our projects. We use energy-efficient materials and systems such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems. We also use advanced insulation technologies to minimise energy consumption. All this contributes to reducing carbon emissions and promoting a sustainable lifestyle.
We are also seeking to reduce the pressure of tourism on the island. We have noticed that mass tourism can sometimes have a negative impact on the environment and the local community. That is why we design our projects with respect for the natural environment and local culture. We strive to create a balance between preserving the beauty of Ibiza and offering high-quality accommodation for visitors. We also support the Ibiza Preservation Foundation from the Ibiza Property Fund.
